Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.

PRICES DON’T INCLUDE:
Food for F/B to pay at charter balance 100 Euro per person per day (including meal for guests and crew - breakfast, lunch, afternoon break, dinner and all non-food consumables used for guests during the cruise). Children from 0 to 3 years free; from 3 to 8 years 50% discount. The above F/B treatment amount is valid for a minimum of 6 guests (adults). This amount will be recalculated in case of particular food requests as well as in case the minimum number of guests is not reached. Drinks to buy according to Client’s order to be paid on embarking by showing the shopping bill, possibility for the Client to provide for himself. Pre-payment for fuel expenses for main engines and generators to be paid at charter balance 4.000 Euro (calculated at fuel cost of 1,70 Euro x lt.) including max. 15 navigation hours per week and air conditioning use 24/7. Possible fuel adjustment according to fuel price on embarking date. Extra navigation hours (fixed fuel consumption/cost for engines and generators: 150 liters per navigation hour). Transit log, marina and harbor fees, shipping agents, fuel for tender according to consumption to be paid on board before disembarking. Crew tips and service 10% on the charter price to be paid at charter balance. 13% VAT - 50% to pay at charter deposit, 50% at charter balance. Cancellation insurance, personal extras and any additional cost not mentioned under "Prices include"

CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION BY THE CHARTERER:
for any reason (including force majeure), in case the Charterer withdrew from the present contract before the delivery of the yacht, all the payments made until the date of the cancellation will be kept - as deposit penitential - by the Owner, which guarantees to give back these amounts should he succeed to hire the yacht to others for the same period and to the same conditions of this contract. The cancellation between 30 – 0 days before departure date is not valid and the Charterer accepts to pay full amount of charter fee as specified on this contract.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER:
in case the Owner withdrew from the present contract before the date of delivery of the yacht: The Owner has the option to deliver an appropriate alternative yacht of the same size and category (never of a lower quality to the one hired before). The Charterer can accept the alternative yacht or cancel the charter and ask to the Owner for the whole reimbursement of the entire amount paid (as from the contract). if the Owner doesn’t deliver an appropriate alternative yacht on time, he has to provide to the immediate return of the entire amount paid by the Charterer (as from the contract) and to the payment of a penalty equal to 25% of the amount paid by the Charterer (as from the contract).

Deposit: 50 % of charter fee - at the booking confirmation Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs, not later than 4 weeks before charter
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
