BOOKING:
• Charter fees include: VAT, Free of charge equipment
• Charter fees do not include: Fuel (the boat is delivered full and will be returned full), water, mooring fees, provisioning, obligatory and optional extras, any other additional not mentioned.
• Hour embarkation: Charters begin at 17:00 and end at 9:00 hours (with mandatory return to the base the evening before at 18:00 the latest).
• Extras are payable upon embarkation by cash only.
PAYMENT:
• 50% Down Payment: Required upon booking confirmation.
• 50% Balance Payment: Due four weeks prior to the embarkation date.
• Security Deposit: €2,900 to be provided upon embarkation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• In the event of a cancellation by the Charterer, all advance payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the owner.
• The Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits or a part of them if the yacht can be let to another Charterer for the same period and under the same or similar conditions.
• If travel is disrupted due to COVID, including closed borders, travel bans, or canceled flights, the Charterer has the following options:
i) Change the charter dates to a future period within the same year.
ii) Use a credit note for charters during the next year.
• In case of a difference in prices for rescheduled charters, the price adjustment will be negotiated with the client, with the client paying the difference, if necessary, in accordance with the current catalogue prices.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
