There's plenty of seating and tables for meals, as well as sunbathing and a great swim platform. Due to inclement weather, we have decided to postpone the event.

Courses may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather on occasion. We will offer you other dates in certain cases, but no refund will be given. Due to inclement weather, group events may need to be rescheduled. In these cases, we will provide you with alternate dates. We will refund you the full cost of the course less 15% if you are unable or unable to accept these new dates.

Safety concerns, as well as conditions beyond our control

Since your safety is our top priority, we may cancel, reschedule, or limit a course/event due to weather conditions that, in our opinion, make the course/event dangerous or unsafe, or owing to events beyond our control (including staff illness). We may also cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course/event if there are insufficient persons signed up for it to be sustainable. The course/event type and/or schedule may be changed as needed under appropriate situations. If you have any doubts about whether a course or event can go place, please contact us. Water sports activities, like any other activity-based experience, carry certain risk.

It's important to remember that participating in these activities is entirely up to you and at your own risk. At all times, the course/event leader and duty manager are responsible for the safety of the crew, visitors, and boat, and his/her decision is final. If any member of your party engages in an illegal or potentially dangerous behavior, such as carrying or consuming drugs during or before a course/event, being under the influence of alcohol, persistently disobeying the course/event leader or duty manager's instructions, or being disruptive or exhibiting difficult behavior, the course/event leader and duty manager reserve the right to terminate such persons' participation in the course/event with no liability to them.There will be no recourse to a refund in this case, and we reserve the right to make a claim for the costs and losses we have suffered.

Customers' damage

If a customer causes damage or loss to vessels, persons, or equipment as a result of wilful damage or gross negligence, a customer under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or as a result of refusal or failure to obey instructions given by our staff, he or she will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, as well as any other costs. The course/event leader retains the right to end the course/event at any time. Adults shall be responsible for minors under their care at all times. Our vessels and personnel are completely covered by insurance. Our policy covers the equipment and vessels in full, as well as the course/event leader and crew for third-party liability.

However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to any person caused by anything other than our negligence or breach of contract, or for any damage to your property caused by anything other than our negligence or breach of contract, and we strongly advise you to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for such uninsured losses.
