To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

• Reservation Confirmation: A 50% deposit of the total charter cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid six weeks prior to the departure date. Alternatively, cash payments can be made on the day of embarkation, provided there is a formal agreement.
• Identification Requirements: All guests must present valid identification upon boarding.
• Skipper’s Authority: The skipper is responsible for the safety and well-being of all passengers and has the final say on all matters concerning navigation and safety. Guests are expected to follow the skipper's instructions at all times.
• Prohibited Items: The presence of illegal substances and hazardous materials on board is strictly forbidden. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Guest Behavior: We ask that guests conduct themselves responsibly and courteously throughout the charter. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.
• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to join the charter unaccompanied. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pet Policy: To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all, pets are not allowed on board. Service animals, however, are welcome.
• Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather, the skipper may decide to reschedule or cancel the charter. If canceled, you will receive a full refund or a voucher for a future booking.
• Special Requests: For special requests or customized itineraries, please contact us in advance so we can discuss and accommodate your needs accordingly. And about water activities like Snorkeling, we can provide snorkeling gear for up to six guests, with additional equipment available for rent upon request.
