BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total charter amount is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled upon departure. In the event of rescheduling, we allow for date transfers with a minimum notice of 30 days. However, please note that deposits for charters canceled with less than 30 days' notice are non-transferable.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND CUSTOM FEES:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full charter amount is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the charter departure date.

• Deposit transfers to new dates are possible with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

• Deposits for charters canceled within less than 30 days of the pickup date are non-transferable.

• All guests must have valid passports for travel to the British Virgin Islands.

• The Captain will handle customs clearance upon arrival, and the cost per person for custom fees is typically $85 - $100. This is a one-time entry fee to the country.

SHOULD BRING:

• Pack light and use duffle bags or backpacks instead of large suitcases, as there is limited storage space on the boat.

• Keep in mind that you'll spend most of your time in bathing suits.

• You may want to bring some casual clothes for evening dinners.

• Don't forget essentials like towels and sunscreen (avoid spray sunscreen).
