Your charter aboard the Lagoon 42 a 12.80-meter cruising catamaran based at ACI Marina Split includes use of the boat, sleeping linen and kitchen supplies. This 2018 model offers six cabins, 12 berths and four WC/showers, making it perfect for a comfortable and active holiday. The Lagoon 42 combines maximum comfort with an exquisite sailing experience, featuring a powerful and dynamic design that enhances sailing performance. With A/C, solar panels, a generator and an array of comfort and navigation equipment such as a 20 HP outboard engine, GPS chart plotter and a teak deck cockpit, this catamaran ensures both luxury and practicality during your voyage. The base price excludes outboard engines, gennakers, parking, marina fees, fuel and crew services, though transfers can be arranged for your convenience with a sedan or minivan ready to pick you up upon arrival.
We specialize in creating personalized routes that cater to the specific tastes of each group. Whether you choose to travel renowned routes or discover lesser-known destinations your sailing vacation can be personalized to your preferences. Standard charters operate from Saturday to Saturday, with early check-in alternatives available. The return to base is necessary by Friday afternoon, with check-out beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Food supplies can be delivered right to your boat for your convenience. There are a variety of options available, ranging from a Start Sailing Box that includes breakfasts, lunches, drinks, spices and snacks for the first few days to personalized orders for extended stays. This enables you to begin your sailing journey immediately and avoid the headache of local marketplaces.

ITINERARY:
• Day 1: Saturday - Start your journey in Milna, Brac Island. Explore the charming fishermen's village or relax in Bobovisca bay. Spend the night in the well-protected ACI Marina.
• Day 2: Sunday - Sail to Stari Grad, Hvar Island, one of Croatia's oldest towns. Explore its rich history, including ancient Greek ruins and fields of lavender.
• Day 3: Monday - Head to Hvar Town. Visit the historic Fortica Fortress and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Anchor in ACI Marina Palmizana or a nearby bay.
• Day 4: Tuesday - Sail to Vis Island. Explore the town of Vis, rich in history and beauty. Consider taking a military or discovery tour.
• Day 5: Wednesday - Continue around Vis Island, stopping at Budikovac and Ravnik for the Green Cave. End the day in Komiza, a traditional fishing town.
• Day 6: Thursday - Visit the Blue Cave on Bisevo Island early in the morning. Sail to Maslinica, Solta Island, and enjoy the Blue Lagoon and Martinis Marchi Marina.
• Day 7: Friday - Relax in the Blue Lagoon or sail to Split. Explore the historic Old Town and Diocletian's Palace. Anchor in Split Marina.
• Day 8: Saturday - Disembark in Split after a week of unforgettable sailing and exploration.

PAYMENT POLICY:
• A 50% down payment is required within 7 days of reservation confirmation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the departure date.
• The client is responsible for all bank charges.
INSURANCE:
• Vessel insurance covers maritime risks and third-party liability.
• Clients must report any damage immediately; unreported damages are their responsibility.
• Clients are liable for costs due to negligence, deducted from the deposit. Sails are not insured, and damage to them must be paid by the client.
• Daily checks of engine oil and water are required; any resulting damage from neglect is the client's responsibility.
• Skipper and crew personal property is not insured; separate insurance is recommended.
• Travel cancellation insurance is advised.
DEPOSIT:
• A security deposit is required before the vessel hand-over.
• The deposit covers potential damages or late returns and can be paid in cash or by credit card.
• The deposit is returned after a complete check-out, but not if the client stays on the boat after Friday check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the Client is unable to take over the vessel for any reason, they may find another party to charter the vessel for the agreed period. If a substitute client cannot be found, the following charges will apply:
• 50% of the charter fee for cancellations made up to 30 days before the charter start date.
• 100% of the total amount for cancellations made 30 days or less before the charter start date.
In cases of termination due to objective reasons (such as war or other exceptional circumstances), the deposit will not be refunded. However, the Charterer will be entitled to use the yacht at no additional cost during another available period or within a different season.
FOOD PROVISIONING:
To enhance your sailing experience and avoid the hassle of local markets, we offer a convenient food delivery service directly to your boat.
Options:
• Full Provisioning: Order everything you need for the entire week.
• Partial Provisioning: Select a few items for the initial 2-3 days to quickly set sail, with the option to visit local markets later.
Start Sailing Box: The Start Sailing Box is designed to streamline your departure. This service ensures you have everything needed for a smooth start to your sailing adventure. It includes:
• Ingredients for 2-3 hearty lunches
• Essentials for 3-4 breakfasts
• Drinks for 6 to 8 people for the first few days
• A selection of spices and snacks
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
