Throughout the course, you will learn how to be a better buddy by practicing problem-solving techniques until they are second nature. Furthermore, the course is just enjoyable - it is serious, yet allows for plenty of laughs in between the focused studying.
The PADI Rescue Diver course trains you to cope with small and large diving emergencies using a range of tactics. You learn what to look for and how to respond by participating in knowledge development and rescue drills.
Topics covered include Rescue by oneself Other divers' stress recognition and management Emergency response and equipment rescuing terrified divers Recovering unresponsive divers
The Rescue Diver course may be eligible for college credit.
Booking Rules Transfers, equipment rentals, and certification fees are all included in the price of all courses for beginner and qualified divers; they are not charged separately.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 10 years old.
• No prior scuba diving experience is required, however you must be in good physical condition.
• All divers are required to complete a quick scuba medical questionnaire on any medical issues that may pose a hazard while diving.
Diving equipment
All of our dives and courses include the following items: a shorty wetsuit, a regulator, a BCD, a mask, fins, weights, and a tank. At the dive center, you may hire additional equipment such as a flashlight, dive computer, compass, dive camera, and so on.
