説明

Delivered in 2008 as the first yacht constructed on the Leopard 46 platform, this 46.2-metre custom motor yacht combines exceptional speed, substantial interior volume, shallow-water capability and an unmistakably sleek profile. Built by Leopard, she features naval architecture and exterior design by Andrea Bacigalupo and interiors by Cristiano Gatto Design.

Refitted in 2023 and presently offered in Cannes, France, the yacht is an appealing option for buyers seeking rapid passage-making without sacrificing five-cabin accommodation or extensive leisure facilities. Her lightweight GRP construction, planing hull, triple-engine and triple-waterjet propulsion package define her performance-oriented character.

Dimensions, Construction and Exterior Design

The yacht measures 46.2 metres overall and has a wide beam supporting approximately 422 GT of interior volume. Stated displacement is around 286 tonnes, while her shallow 1.5-metre draft considerably broadens access to anchorages and coastal cruising areas, subject to safe navigation.

A white GRP hull and superstructure are complemented by teak decks and Bacigalupo’s purposeful, streamlined profile. The two-deck arrangement keeps principal guest areas closely connected, while a sleek flybridge provides an elevated social and observation space.

Outdoor amenities include extensive sunpads, a deck Jacuzzi, swimming platform and hydraulic water-access facilities. A hydraulic tender garage maintains clean exterior lines while providing practical storage and deployment. The stated tender inventory includes a 5.5-metre jet tender, whose engine hours, equipment and condition should be confirmed.

Interior and Accommodation

Cristiano Gatto Design created the yacht’s interior, complementing her sporty exterior with an appropriately sophisticated luxury environment. Accommodation is provided for up to 10 guests in five cabins, comprising a full-width owner’s cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins, with two additional Pullman berths.

The full-width owner’s cabin makes effective use of the yacht’s substantial beam, while the combination of doubles, twins and Pullmans provides flexibility for families and mixed groups. Crew accommodation supports up to eight personnel across four crew cabins plus a dedicated captain’s cabin.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi contribute to comfort and connectivity. A gym enables guests to maintain exercise routines while aboard. The salon, dining, galley, laundry, crew-service areas, bathrooms and entertainment equipment should be inspected to establish their precise present specification following the refit.

Triple-MTU Performance

Propulsion is provided by three MTU 16V2000 M93L diesel engines, each producing 2,399 hp, for a combined stated output of 7,197 hp or approximately 5,370 kW. The engines drive three waterjets, creating a propulsion package specifically matched to the yacht’s planing hull.

Maximum speed is stated at 32 knots, with a cruising speed of approximately 25 knots. A 29,500-litre fuel capacity supports a reported range of around 1,500 nautical miles at 25 knots. Actual performance, range and consumption will depend on load, reserve requirements, machinery condition, hull condition and weather.

A bow thruster assists with close-quarter manoeuvring, while stabilization is specified for both underway and at-anchor operation. The combination of triple waterjets, high-output MTU engines, shallow draft and 25-knot cruising speed enables rapid movement between destinations while preserving large-yacht accommodation.

Technical Inspection and Refit Verification

The 2023 refit is an important selling point, but buyers should obtain the detailed work schedule, invoices, reports and applicable warranties. The scope should identify all work involving the engines, waterjets, hull, electrical installations, stabilization, navigation, safety equipment, interiors and exterior finishes.

A specialist survey should cover the GRP hull and superstructure, structural areas, teak decks, machinery, generators, three waterjets, bow thruster, stabilizers, electrical distribution, plumbing, air conditioning, navigation equipment and safety systems. Haul-out should permit examination of the underwater hull, waterjet intakes and nozzles, antifouling and appendages.

A sea trial is particularly important for a 32-knot performance yacht. The survey team should evaluate starting, acceleration, engine loads, waterjet response, steering, manoeuvring, stabilization, vibration, noise and performance throughout the intended operating range. Engine hours, serial numbers, service history, generator details, electronics and tank systems must be documented.

Flag, Tax and Purchase Process

The yacht is identified as Malta-flagged. Her current registration, title, ownership, mortgages, liens, statutory or class status and HIN/CIN should be independently verified. VAT status has not been confirmed and should not be represented as paid, included or excluded without documentary evidence.

A formal sale-and-purchase agreement should specify the deposit, survey and sea-trial conditions, escrow, payment, title transfer, delivery and closing arrangements. The included 5.5-metre jet tender, equipment, toys, furniture, tools, spares and safety inventory should be recorded precisely. Responsibility for fuel, crew, insurance, taxes, port fees and relocation must also be agreed.
