PAYMENT POLICY:
● A deposit is required upon booking to secure your charter. The amount will be specified in your booking confirmation.
● The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the charter, ensuring full payment before embarkation.
● Detailed payment terms, including deadlines, will be provided during the booking process to help you manage your finances effectively.
● If payment deadlines are not met, the booking may be canceled or subject to late payment fees.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
● No Bareboat Charters: Specializes in fully crewed charters only, with no bareboat options available.
● Cabin Use on Day Charters: For Sydney Harbour day charters, cabins are generally not available, but can be opened upon request with the owner's approval.
● Pets Onboard: Generally, pets are not allowed, but small animals may be permitted in outdoor areas of the yacht under certain circumstances.
● Minimum Charter Time: Peak season requires a minimum of 4 hours for charters. However, in the off-peak season, some yachts may allow 3-hour charters, with exceptions for transfers.
● Maximum Guest Capacity: Capacity varies by yacht, depending on its licensing. Some large event boats can accommodate up to 800 guests, while superyachts may host up to 180 guests.
● Food Requirements for BYO Charters: It is mandatory to have sufficient food onboard when alcohol is being consumed, as required by RSA guidelines. Lack of food may result in the captain delaying or canceling the charter.
● Entertainment: The Guest Experience team can assist in organizing entertainment, with some of the best talent available for events on Sydney Harbour.
● Smoking Policies: Most yachts prohibit smoking in main guest areas. However, smoking may be allowed on the aft deck or swim platform in designated areas.
● Swimming During Charter: If guests intend to swim, they must notify their charter expert, so the captain can anchor in a suitable location for swimming.
● Babysitting: While the crew ensures children have a good time, they cannot babysit. Some yachts offer the option of adding a nanny or supernumerary to the crew if needed.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
