● Arrival - Bequia Marina - Start your journey at Bequia Marina, nestled in the scenic Port Elizabeth. Choose between a crewed or bareboat charter and settle into the cozy comfort of an air-conditioned room or get acquainted with your yacht for a peaceful night at anchor. Begin your holiday with a relaxing visit to the Cocktail Lab lounge, an oasis within the marina, or let us guide you to Bequia’s best culinary spots, setting the tone for a perfect sailing getaway.
● Day 1 - Mustique - Your adventure begins with a morning check-in and yacht orientation at Base, followed by a 10 a.m. briefing with your expert skipper. Set sail around noon for the exclusive island of Mustique, renowned for its celebrity-frequented Basil’s Bar. Soak in the island’s luxurious ambiance, explore its lively market, and relax on its pristine beaches, which offer snorkeling and diving experiences amidst vibrant reefs.
● Day 2 - Tobago Cays - Sail onward to the breathtaking Tobago Cays Marine Park. A paradise for underwater enthusiasts, the Tobago Cays offer crystal-clear waters where you can snorkel alongside friendly turtles. Unwind on pristine white sands or indulge in a beach BBQ with seasonal lobster, freshly caught fish, and succulent chicken. PAYMENT POLICY:
● Initial Deposit: 50% of the charter fee is due at the time of booking.
● Optional Cancellation Insurance: Payable with the initial deposit if selected.
● Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 45 days before the charter start date to reach 100% payment.
● Non-Payment Consequence: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the charter and forfeiture of any payments made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● Non-Payment of Charter Fees: If any charter fees are not paid by the due date, the charter may be canceled.
● Non-Refundable Fees: The initial booking deposit and any fees paid before the charter are non-refundable unless cancellation insurance is purchased.
● Cancellation Insurance: Available at 7% of the charter fee and Refund schedule with insurance:
i) 120+ Days Before Charter: Full refund minus a $300 administration fee.
ii) 45 - 119 Days Before Charter: 50% refund of the paid charter fee.
iii) Less Than 45 Days Before Charter: No refund.
● Termination After Boarding: If the Charterer ends the charter early for reasons unrelated to the operator, no refunds will be issued.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
