PRICES:

• Weekly Price: 15,000 euro

PRICES INCLUDED:

• Yacht rental fee and fuel for max. 4 hrs cruising daily which may vary according to the itinerary

• Beds, Sheet & Towels, Cleaning and Daily usage of water (shower & wc) 

• Use of equipment on board (flippers, snorkels, & fishing tackles, canoes, paddle boards etc.)

• Port taxes in ports in Turkish waters ( private marinas are excluded/upon guests’ request)

• Crew service

PRICES EXCLUDED:

• Food & Beverages ( for guests and crew)

• Fuel for water sports that use the outboard dinghy on board

• Watersports (Jetski, Waterski, Ringo & Banana) may be optional and charged extra in some yachts

• Airport transfers

• Optional land tours, entrance fees for historical places 

• Personal laundry, communication costs, harbor and marina fees, recent taxes may occur in the future and related charges in Greek waters.

• Crew gratuities (10%of the total charter fee is considered the industry average)

FOOD & BEVERAGES:

• You can choose your own food and drinks. Shopping can be arranged and made ready on the yacht before departure.

• Billing for these provisions will be done upon your arrival before departure.

• Alternatively, you can do the shopping yourself, and our crew will cook and serve the meals.

• Crew Meals: During the rental period, you have two options - Share food and drinks with the crew OR Cover the crew’s food expenses separately.

• Basic cleaning materials must be included in your shopping list for the yacht.

• Guests can choose one of our set full board menu options. With these options, there will be no extra charges for crew food or other shopping expenses.

• Standard Menu (per person/per day, not available for Deluxe & VIP yachts / 20% VAT and drinks are excluded): 1-4 pax: 70 €, 5-8 pax: 65 €, 9-20 pax: 60 €

• Luxury Menu (per person/per day / 20% VAT and drinks are excluded): 1-4 pax: 95 €, 5-8 pax: 85 €, 9-20 pax: 75 €

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:

• Reservation will be finalized with confirmation and a 40 % deposit of the total rental  transferred

• The yacht charter contract will be signed and sent due to the deposit payment confirmation

• The rest of the payment will be paid before the departure date.

• The Menu total & beverages  will be paid before the departure 

• In case of cancelation of the contract by the charterer by 45 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the initial payment will be refunded.

• No refund will be made in case of shorter notice

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Embarkation is usually on Saturdays at 15:00 & disembarkation is on Saturdays at  09:30

• The A/C system service varies from 4 to 6 hrs daily in standard yachts, 6-12 hrs in luxury class yachts and 24 hrs in Deluxe yachts.

• All our yachts have 3rd parties financial responsibility insurance ( travel insurance is recommended)

• The registration documents of the yachts limit the yachts’ passenger capacities (Children are included) Greek island visits are limited to max. 12 pax. Only the yachts with special registration can sail along the Greek waters above 12 pax.

• A Schengen visa is needed for non-EEC citizens for Greek Islands visits.

• None of the Turkish flag yachts are able to “start and finish” in Greek island itineraries.
