The boat must be returned with the fuel refilled and in the same condition at the conclusion of the charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• For cancellations not related to COVID-19:
More than 4 months before departure: 10% of the charter fee is due.
40 days to 4 months before departure: 30% of the charter fee is due.
Less than 40 days before departure: 100% of the charter fee is due.
• For COVID-19-related cancellations:
You can get a full refund, change the booking date, or receive a voucher if Italy or your home country enforces travel restrictions (lockdown or quarantine).
If the new booking is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's cheaper, you’ll get a voucher for the difference.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can only be used with the same charter provider.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days of booking confirmation. Proof of payment must be sent via email.
• The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the charter start date.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full payment is required immediately.
• Failure to make payments within the agreed terms will result in cancellation of the booking, and previously paid amounts may be forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit can be paid in cash, by check, or by credit card. If using a credit card, an email will be sent to bind the deposit during the lease period. No American Express is accepted.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
• Each crew member needs a valid ID or passport.
• A valid nautical license is required for the rented boat.
• A crew list must be filled out, and the rental contract will be signed at check-in.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Check-in/Check-out: If you will be late for check-in, please let us know 3 hours in advance. Unscheduled check-ins or check-outs may have extra charges.
• Supermarkets & Supplies: Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. The port has nautical shops, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, and an ATM, just a 10-minute walk away.
• Port Services: You will receive a key at check-in to access showers, water, electricity, and waste disposal. Return the key at check-out, or you may be charged. VIP lounge services with Wi-Fi, billiards, and a cinema room are available on request. There is also a pool for an extra fee.
• Parking: One free parking spot per boat is available. Provide your car’s license plate 3 weeks before arrival to guarantee parking. Additional parking is €20/day.
• Mooring & Refueling: Use VHF Channel 73 to call before entering the port for mooring help. There’s also a refueling station with seasonal hours.
• Boat Condition: The boat will be delivered clean with full fuel and water tanks. It must be returned the same way. Extra costs for ports, fuel, and other services will be paid at check-in.
• Onboard Items: The boat has dishes, cutlery, coffee machines, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own soaps and food. You are responsible for cleaning dishes and taking personal items with you when you leave.
• Embarkation & Disembarkation: Boarding is at 09:00 for daily rentals, 18:00 on Friday for weekend rentals, and 18:00 on Saturday for weekly rentals. Returns are by 18:00 for daily and weekend rentals, and by 09:00 the following Saturday for weekly rentals. Early check-in is available for an additional fee.
