Embarkation time: 17:00 hrs Disembarkation time: 09:00 hrs Mandatory, the yacht must return to the base, the day before, the latest at 17:00 hrs, sleep overnight and, leave the yacht, next day, not later than 09:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Booking cancelled, more than 75 days before embarkation, 20% of the total charter fee will kept. • Booking cancelled between 74 & 45 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee will be kept. • Booking cancelled between 45 & 30 days before embarkation, 80% of the total charter fee will be kept. • Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee will be kept . If the boat is re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded, only the dossier expenses will be charged with € 100.

SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT

In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license (in English language or officially translated) Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

As a rule normally we accept the Refundable Security Deposit for all our charters. In the event that the charterer will ask for a lower amount for the Refundable Security Deposit , we can propose a combination of non-refundable amount (like a Damage Waiver) and a REFUNDABLE SECURITY Deposit amount , together.
