Low Season - 792, Low/Mid Season - 886, Mid Season - 981, High Season - 1075
BOOKING:
To secure your reservation, we request a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be received by our company no later than 45 days before the charter start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Charter fee refundable if Charterer cancels at least 90 days before the charter starts, subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
• If canceled within 90 days, refund depends on the Company's ability to rebook the Yacht under similar terms.
• Trip Cancellation insurance recommended.
• If the Company cancels due to severe weather while Charterer is on board, a credit for unused charter days will be issued.
• The credit can be used for a future charter if Yacht availability allows, or the current charter can be extended.
• In case the Charter can't start the Charter due to adverse weather, no refund will be issued, and the Company is not responsible for additional expenses.
DELIVERY OF YACHT
• Complete required paperwork before yacht delivery.
• Yacht will be in good working condition at delivery.
• Acceptance upon inspection by Charterer.
• Delays may lead to demurrage credits.
• Cancellation allowed under certain conditions.
• Consider Trip Cancellation Insurance.
• Credits for lost sailing time with timely notification.
• Guarantee covers specific components.
• Limited liability for operator errors.
• Specific issues and responsibilities outlined.
• Inoperable equipment value and refund terms.
• Company not liable for certain damages or expenses.
INSURANCE:
• The Company provides insurance with a 3% deductible for Yacht, hull, and machinery.
• Third-party protection and indemnity coverage up to $1,500,000.00.
• Charterer is relieved of liability for covered loss or damage.
• Promptly report accidents, theft, damage, or breakdown to the Company.
• Charterer remains fully liable in cases of alcohol or substance influence, or negligence.
• Companies may use the security deposit for various charges.
• Automatic $500 charge for wrapped prop, bow thruster, or grounding.
• Additional repairs handled per the HDW policy and Client Responsibility Agreement.
RUNNING EXPENSES:
• Charterer accepts the Yacht and is responsible for all running expenses.
• Expenses include fuel, oil, water, food, pilotage, port charges, customs fees, dockage, and crew fees.
• Return the Yacht and dinghy with full fuel and water tanks.
RESTRICTIONS:
• Charterer agrees not to use the Yacht for commercial passenger transport or racing.
• The Yacht should be used only by Charterer, family, and guests in compliance with local laws.
• The Charterer ensures no illegal products or substances are on board.
• Charterer is responsible for any vessel seizure or impoundment due to breaches.
• The responsibility includes loss of future bookings, release fees, legal fees, and vessel downtime.
• No pets are allowed.
AUTHORITIES OF CHARTERER:
• Charterer has full authority over the Yacht during the charter.
• Charterers must be present when the Yacht is underway, with at least one competent crew member.
• Ensure all items are secured, and engine checks are done before setting sail.
• A professional captain provided by the company can take authority if available, but not liable for Charterer's actions.
• Persons under 18 should not operate the dinghy. Nighttime requires navigation lights, and no high-speed navigation at night.
• Observe the 5-knot speed limit in mooring fields.
• The Company may provide a captain at Charterer's expense if insufficient experience is noted.
• The captain may stay until the Charterer demonstrates sufficient competence. Charterer can request the captain to remain for the entire charter or part of it.
RETURN OF THE YACHT:
• Charterer must return the Yacht at the specified time and location in the same condition, free of debts or liens, and reasonably clean.
• Extraordinary cleaning may incur charges.
• Charterers should return the Yacht on time unless circumstances beyond their control cause a delay.
• Late return may result in prorated charter fees and compensation for losses and expenses incurred by the Company or Yacht's owner due to the delay.
