7 NIGHTS LUXURY CHARTER
Set sail aboard our exceptional 2016 52' Lagoon sailing catamaran, designed for the perfect Caribbean getaway. With three beautifully decorated queen cabins, each offering private ensuite baths featuring electric heads, vanities, and separate showers, your comfort and convenience are our priorities.
Enjoy the well-decorated salon, designed to seat all guests in comfort for lounging or dining. The yacht's exterior is equally luxurious, providing opportunities for alfresco dining, top deck seating, and a relaxing lounge area in front of the helm, as well as a forward lower deck lounge area behind the trampolines. Whether you prefer group gatherings or private relaxation, there's ample space for both.The crew's quarters include a mid-ship crew bunk. When accommodating up to 6 guests, the captain will occupy the port aft queen cabin, and the chef will stay in the bunk.
TOYS: Make the most of your time in the water with our selection of toys, including 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards, snorkeling gear, a large floating mat, tubes, a Subwing, fishing gear, and onshore games.
DIVING: Diving is available via rendezvous only, ensuring a fantastic underwater experience during your charter.
7/8 GUEST OPTION: If you have additional guests, we can make arrangements. The chef will occupy the mid-ship crew bunk, and the captain will move to the mid-ship crew bunk for an additional rate, along with a relocation fee, providing guests with 4 queen cabins. Feel free to inquire for further details.
REFIT DETAILS: Our vessel has undergone improvements during the 2022/2023 season, including the addition of Starlink Internet/Wi-Fi, a new solar installation, and new wind turbines.
BVI COMPLIANCE FOR THE 2023/2024 SEASON: We are fully compliant with BVI regulations, and our cruising grounds include the British Virgin Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands. You can choose to pick up and drop off at either St. Thomas or Tortola, making your journey as convenient as possible.
FULL-BOARD: Our charter includes 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 7 dinners, complete with happy hour canapés, a standard ship's bar, and snacks. While meals aboard are included, any dining ashore will be additional.

Buchungsregeln
PRICE INCLUDED:
Vessel rental, Fully licensed Crew, Meals, Standard ship's bar, Fuel, Cruising taxes, Permits, Clearance taxes, Mooring fees and all yacht-related expenses.
PRICES EXCLUDED:
• Crew gratuities (at 15-20% of the Charter Fee, at guest discretion)
• Scuba diving and equipment
• Premium beverages and fine wines
• Excessive alcohol consumption
• Off-yacht excursions
• Requested dockage
• Fishing licenses (if needed)
• Communication costs
• Airport transfers
• Similar expenses incurred by the charterer.
GENERAL TERMS:
• Costs mentioned in excluded, should be settled by the charterer in cash or as agreed upon before disembarking the Yacht.
• If the number of charter guests changes before the final payment, an addendum will be made, and the Charter Fee adjusted accordingly.
• Pets are not allowed on board without prior arrangement with the charter company.
• The charterer is responsible for the conduct, safety, and entertainment of children on board.
• Passports are required for Customs clearance if visiting a foreign country during the Charter. The charterer and guests must ensure they have valid passports and any required travel Visas.
• Smoking, if permitted, is allowed only in designated areas on deck. No smoking below deck.
• The owner is not responsible for any expenses, whether travel-related or otherwise, incurred by the charterer or guests in connection with this Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• If the charterer cancels, any payments paid as of the cancellation date are non-refundable. Attempts will be made to rebook the charter, and if successful, a refund may be granted after relevant fees and expenses are deducted. If rebooking is not possible, there will be no reimbursement.
• If the Owner cancels this Agreement for any reason other than Force Majeure, the Charterer will receive a full refund of all payments made. The Owner will settle commissions and fees.
