Our Sailing YachtThe Impression 40 is a lightning-quick cruiser. Everything on board the Impression 40 has been carefully considered to offer a great experience, whether sailing or anchoring in lovely quiet harbors. The big sunbathing deck forward will please everyone, while the roomy cockpit with large, sheltered lounging places and the fixed cockpit table give outstanding comfort for crew and visitors. The twin steering wheel layout provides an optimum helmsman position, while the wide transom and bathing platform provide for easy access to the water. With the big platform option, you may even completely enclose the cockpit while sailing.
The interior of the Impression 40 is big and open, with plenty of natural light owing to the Deck Saloon and hull windows. Her modern design provides excellent quality and comfort in her class. The saloon has a spacious couch to starboard and another to port, as well as a generous L-shaped galley that would satisfy even the most discerning cooks. The distinctive flip-up chart table on the Impression 40 allows full access to the settee bed when not in use. The Impression 40's accommodations are particularly comfortable, with roomy staterooms fore and aft and four internal configuration possibilities to select from.
This listing is listed for following charter options.
Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.
The Customer is required to pay 50% of the entire fee within 7 days of booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% due at least 4 (four) weeks before the charter begins. Payments are accepted in cash (EUR), banker's order, or credit card. All bank transfer fees are the sender's responsibility. The Client may only take possession of the reserved vessel after all applicable payments have been completed in full.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT PROCEDUREThe check in/out procedure is a formal act of boat handling; it is not planned to be done late, during late sunset or at night, due to poor visibility, a lack of authorized divers, office working hours, and so on. Arrival time: Saturday, 5:00 p.m. (if not agreed differently) Respect the check-in time specified in your charter contract to allow for thorough boat maintenance and cleaning.
Saturday check-out until 9:00 a.m. (all passengers with their possessions must be out of the boat by that time) Customers must return their boats to the marina headquarters by Friday afternoon, no later than 5.00 PM (if not agreed differently). The boat must be returned to the Charter Company in the same condition in which it was picked up. Any client-caused losses or damages will be invoiced immediately or deducted from the security deposit.
DEPOSITWhile hiring a watercraft, it is customary for the client to deposit a safety deposit. It must be deposited in cash or by credit card prior to the vessel's transfer. The deposit will be refunded to the Client in full when his charter time has completed, but only if the vessel is returned to the Charter Company in excellent condition, seaworthy, and in the same functional, visual, and outfitted state as when it was taken over.
The deposit will only be used to cover the costs of damage caused by the client's fault in damaging the vessel or its equipment during the charter period, or for equipment loss, or the client's breach of contractual obligations (e.g. returned empty fuel tank, blocked toilet, etc.), or if the client is late returning the boat.
CANCELLATION POLICYIf the Client cancels the charter for any reason after booking confirmation, he or his agent may locate another individual to assume his rights and duties.
If no substitute individual is found, the Charter Company will keep the following: • 30% of the total cost for cancellation up to 61 days before the charter term • 50% of total price if cancelled within 60 days (2 months) of charter term • 100% of the whole fee if you cancel within 30 days (1 month) of the charter term. In the event that the Client cancels the accommodation service due to force majeure (war, riots, strikes, terrorist acts, sanitary conditions, large-scale natural disasters, sudden illness, serious bodily injury, interventions by competent authorities, or other exceptional and unexpected circumstances), the Charte company accepts no responsibility for the inability to deliver paid services and the Client is not entitled to a refund.
INCLUDEDThe rental fee covers one week of boat rental, which includes all of the equipment stated on the boat's inventory list, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen.
Berth at the home port is free for the whole rental time if the boat has an annual berth, and if the boat does not have an annual berth, the fee covers just the first and final day of the boat's charter in the home port.
SKIPPER’S FEEThe skipper's services are paid in addition to the charter charge. Guests must pay them (as well as a hostess or a cook) as well as food and drink for the captain or other crew members. The crew expenditures (those of a captain, a sailor, and a chef) are already included in the charter charge for gulets.
Although the captain (skipper) can sleep on a berth in the saloon, it is our preference that he have his own stateroom. Given that the captain's (skipper's) responsibility is to look after the vessel and the safety of the passengers, he needs his own room to relax.
In this situation, as well, the visitors will have additional comfort and a free salon space to hang around in. Each yacht is registered for a specific number of persons (which cannot be exceeded by law) - if this number does not include a berth in the salon area, the captain is required to have his own cabin.
