• Water Activities & Village Tour - Snorkeling and Banana Boat in CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason, the client must promptly notify the company via email. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• Up to 50% of the full charter rate if the cancellation occurs up to 30 calendar days before the trip's start date.

• Up to 100% of the full charter rate if the cancellation occurs less than 7 calendar days before the trip's start date.

RESERVATION AND RATES:

• Each booking is considered a valid agreement.

• Prices and rates, unless otherwise specified, include taxes and service charges.

• Advance reservation is mandatory, and confirmation is subject to availability.

• We are not liable for any charter date release due to lack of down payment confirmation from the client.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Upon agreement in writing, payment is required as follows:

- 50% advance payment upon yacht reservation.

- Remaining 50% balance no later than 7 days before the trip date.

• All payments must adhere to the instructions provided in the invoice sent by the company to the client or agency. Trip approval is contingent upon full settlement of the yacht charter and any additional contracted services.

• Failure to fully settle either the advance payment or balance by the specified deadlines authorizes the company to cancel the vessel's booking without issuing any refund to the client.

• Agents are responsible for guaranteeing payment for every reservation made for their guests. A valid voucher will be issued to the guest and must be presented upon boarding.
