CANCELLATION POLICY:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours at any time. If a significant change or cancellation occurs, we will offer you one of the following:
● A tour of a similar standard and price.
● A lower-standard tour with a refund of the price difference.
● Full cancellation with a refund of all payments made.
If we cancel or materially change your tour within 72 hours of the scheduled departure due to reasons other than Force Majeure, we will provide compensation or the option to reschedule. However, if there are insufficient bookings 72 hours prior to the tour, we may cancel the tour and offer a full refund without further compensation.
Refunds for Cancellations:
● Full refunds will be issued for reservations canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
● No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
