INSURANCE:
At the time of contract signature, we highly advise guests to protect travel investment by purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance. If an illness strikes before or during the trip, this coverage will assist defray the cost of cancellation. Travel agencies offer baggage insurance and insurance against trip cancellation or interruption.
Furthermore, it is highly recommended that you get medical insurance, which covers emergency care, hospital bills, and round-the-clock consultation support.
PAYMENT POLICY:
It is mandatory for all transactions to be made in Indonesian Rupiah due to government rules. Exchange rates in effect on the day of the transaction will determine how much is paid. Our USD bank account details are listed on each invoice, and payments can be made there by bank transfer.
Following this schedule, payments must be made:
• 40% of the trip cost is due at the time of reservation as a non-refundable payment.
• Remaining payment of 60% due 90 days before departure or upon receipt of invoice.
BOOKING POLICY:
● You may reach us via phone, fax, or email to make a cruise reservation.
● A deposit is needed at the time of booking in order to guarantee your spot. Reservations that are paid for in full will be accepted only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a trip cancellation, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by trip members. We are not liable for charges or cancellations due to passengers failing to verify the validity of their passports (a minimum of 6 months of validity is required to enter Indonesia) and visa entry requirements for certain countries that require an Indonesian Tourist Visa to be obtained abroad.
Cancellation fees are based on the following schedule:
• For cancellations made 61 to 90 days prior to departure, a fee of 60% of the deposit for exclusive charter will be charged.
• For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to departure, a fee of 80% of the trip cost will be applied.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less before departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made at or after trip departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be applied.
