Powered by a cruising speed of 8 knots and equipped with extensive fuel (1800 litres) and water (1200 litres) capacities, the catamaran ensures extended maritime exploration. The vessel features comprehensive air conditioning throughout, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. CANCELLATION POLICY:A. Cancellation by Charterer:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing to the Owner
2. Owner may retain all amounts already paid
3. Unpaid amounts remain due
4. Refund possibilities:
- If Owner books a new charter:
* Charterer receives net proceeds minus 20% (covering broker commission, stakeholder fees, administrative costs)
* Deductions for any owner expenses due to cancellation
- If no new charter is booked:
* No refund will be provided
B. Cancellation by Owner:
1. If Owner cancels for reasons other than Force Majeure:
- Must fully reimburse Charterer for all payments made
- Must pay all broker commissions and stakeholder fees
- Charterer receives complete financial protection

- Written communication is mandatory
- 20% fee retained for administrative purposes
- Owner must make reasonable efforts to rebook the charter
