CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Starting the day after 17:00, embarkation. Disembarkation: the day will end at 9:00. Obligatory: The boat must return to port no later than 18:00 the evening before disembarkation. Upon embarkation, any further fees must be paid in cash. Upon request, transfers, provisioning, and overnight accommodations can be made.
PAYMENT:
50% should be paid at the time of booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is canceled at any time up to 30 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the charter rate, and it is 100% of the charter if it occurs within 30 days of the departure date.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
# Use different footwear on board the vessel than what is worn on land.
# Vessel's outdoor areas are often wet, causing a slipping risk.
# Indoors, the vessel has a sensitive oak floor.
# Use shoes specifically designated for on-board use indoors.
# Shoes worn on land are not allowed indoors.
# High heels are also prohibited.
# When the vessel is at sea, children and non-swimmers using outdoor areas must wear life jackets.
# Charterer is responsible for fuel expenses.
# Vessel consumes 1 liter per nautical mile with both engines operating (or 7 liters per hour).
# Generator consumes 2 liters of fuel per hour.
# Charterers must pay for overnight mooring in marinas if choosing to anchor there.
# We have a love for pets but find it challenging to accommodate them on board for various reasons.
# Vessel can accommodate 8 adults in 4 double beds.
# En suite facilities are not available in the bedrooms.
# Special add-ons allow for variations in bed occupancy (1 adult + 2 children or 2 adults + 1 small child).
# Sleeping in the saloon is not recommended due to lack of blackout and specific mattress design.
# Maximum occupancy is limited to 12 people for safety reasons.
# Skipper is responsible for damages caused by natural causes or erroneous maneuvers while at sea or anchored.
# Charterer is liable for damages to vessel's equipment or furniture caused by them.
# If charterers captain the boat themselves, they are liable for any damage that occurs during their time in charge, up to €3,500.
# Liability applies regardless of whether the charterer accepted the skipper's help to prevent an accident.
