FJORD OPEN 40The Fjord 40 Open is a new boat idea in the luxury day charter industry, with a modern and timeless design that, even after ten years, continues to catch the attention of the young. Its practicality and logic provide options for individuals who desire to sail all day and return home at sunset. The outside deck of these Fjord boats is prominent, open-plan and well-distributed, with 5 distinct zones. A large bathing platform, a convertible dinette space, a kitchen, a steering position, and a bow solarium are all included.

预订规则
To secure your reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total service cost is required. This payment confirms your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to boarding.
SAFETY & DATE CHANGES:In the event that maritime conditions are deemed unsafe for sailing, we prioritize your safety. Should this situation arise, and with your presence at the base port, we will propose an alternative date for your excursion. If rescheduling isn't feasible, we will refund 90% of the reservation charge, after deducting a 10% administration fee.
CANCELLATIONS:Please note that cancellations due to poor weather forecasts, made ahead of time, will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. We understand weather can be unpredictable, and we encourage you to plan accordingly. If you decide to cancel your reservation, the booking charge will not be refunded. Kindly inform us as early as possible if your plans change.
DEPOSIT:700 € with cash or credit card (for vessels under 7 meters long). For boats longer than 7 meters, please contact us. The deposit will be used to cover any damage or loss caused by the customer to the boat or its equipment. Prior to boarding, the deposit must be paid. The deposit will be repaid once the boat is returned and the crew has reviewed and confirmed that it is in the same condition as it was given to the client.
INSURANCE:We have a civil liability insurance coverage against third parties that covers the client, as well as an all-risk insurance policy with an excess that covers both own and third-party damage, including crew, as long as it is not the result of carelessness or misuse of the boat.
FUEL POLICY:If fuel is not included, the boat will be provided with a full tank and must be returned in the same state. Failure to return the boat with a full tank will result in additional charges for both consumed fuel and a penalty supplement. These costs may be deducted from the deposit.
RENTAL DURATION:A full day rental spans from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Morning half-day rentals are from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, while afternoon half-day rentals are from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Please note that a client's delay does not extend the rental time beyond the contracted duration.
TIMELINESS & DELAYS:The boat will be delivered to the designated location at the scheduled time. To ensure a punctual departure, we recommend arriving 20 minutes in advance. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions do not result in changes to the agreed price or return time. Returning the boat beyond the contracted schedule may incur penalties, which can be deducted from the deposit.
SAFETY & REGULATIONS:Carrying the specified mobile phone on board is mandatory for emergency communication. It's imperative not to exceed the maximum onboard capacity specified for the vessel. Additionally, entering, staying in, or exiting the water while the engine is running is strictly prohibited.
