Booking Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review the following booking rules and guidelines:
1. Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total charter price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid 6 weeks before embarkation date. Or, if you wish, we can do On-Spot cash payment with proper agreement.
2. Identification: Valid identification is required for all guests on the day of the charter.
3. Skipper’s Authority: The skipper is responsible for the safety of all passengers and has the final say on all matters related to navigation and safety. Guests must follow all instructions given by the skipper.
4. Prohibited Items: No illegal substances or hazardous materials are allowed on board. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the yacht.
5. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.
6. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled at the skipper’s discretion. If canceled, a full refund or a voucher for future charter period will be provided.
7. Food & Beverage: While food and provisions are not included, guests are welcome to bring their own. Please inform us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements or preferences.
8. Safety Measures: Life jackets and safety equipment are provided on board. A safety briefing will be conducted before departure.
9. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 9:30 AM to ensure a timely departure at 10:00 AM. Disembarkation is at 6:00 PM.
10. Insurance: The yacht is fully insured, but guests are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings and any unforeseen events.
11. Special Requests: For any special requests or custom itineraries, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
12. Minimum Age: The minimum age for unaccompanied guests is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
13. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on board to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Service pets are okay.

- KaterBlueでは、すべてのレンタルボートに保険をかけております。ボートの外で発生した事故や損失に備えるため、旅行保険に加入することを強くお勧めします。ボートの所有者は、火災、衝突、その他の海難事故に対して、ボート、ヨット、クルー、ゲストに保険を提供していますが、ツアー中の貴重品の保護はゲストの責任となります。お客様のご希望により、貴重品をボートの船長にお渡しいただくことも可能です。事故や災害が発生した場合、船長の責任において速やかにケーターブルーまたはその代理人にご連絡ください。ボートの所有者が必要な保険の手配を完了していない場合、その全責任を負うことになります。ウォータースポーツを希望するチャーター者およびゲストは、自己の責任において行うものとし、各自が保険に加入していることを確認すること。
