BOOKING & PAYMENT:

• Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation will be confirmed upon the receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

• Payment: The deposit amount and due date for the balance will be specified in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, and payment details will be provided upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations 7 Days or More Before the Tour:

i) Guests who cancel their reservation 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour:

i) For cancellations made within 7 days before the tour, the refund policy depends on the reason for cancellation. ii) Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days in advance) may incur a 50% cancellation charge if we are unable to replace the booking. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we are committed to working personally with our guests to be as flexible as possible, handling each situation on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellations Less Than 36 Hours Prior to the Tour, No-Shows, or Unused Time:

i) A 100% cancellation charge applies for cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to the tour, for no-shows, or for any unused time.

• Weather-Related Cancellations:

i) In the event of inclement weather, such as rain or strong winds, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour. If we cannot reschedule, or if the tour is canceled by us for any other reason, a full refund will be provided to guests.
