Embark on an exhilarating sailing expedition as we set sail from the vibrant city of Split, venturing into the mesmerizing islands of southern Dalmatia. Day 01 - Split to Brac: Our odyssey commences in the historic city of Split, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As we set sail, the picturesque island of Brac emerges as our inaugural destination. Immerse yourself in the allure of Brac, celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes, crystalline waters, and the iconic Zlatni Rat beach.
Day 02 - Brac, Hvar, Pakleni Islands: Day two unfurls with a captivating itinerary, featuring the exploration of Brac's concealed treasures. We then sail to the renowned island of Hvar, renowned for its vibrant nightlife and historical sites. The day concludes with a sojourn to the enchanting Pakleni Islands, a cluster of islets boasting secluded beaches and unspoiled waters.
Day 03 - Hell Islands, Korcula: Navigate to the Hell Islands, famed for their rugged beauty and secluded allure. CANCELLATION POLICY:The applicant can cancel the sailing only for justified reasons, in writing (electronic and/or regular mail), and only within one day (24h) from the conclusion of the sailing reservation; otherwise, it becomes legally binding for the individual. Justified reasons for canceling the reservation may include serious illness, a traffic accident resulting in bodily injuries, the death of the applicant or their closest family member. In addition to a written cancellation, the applicant must provide a certificate justifying the cancellation. If the applicant does not file a justified reservation cancellation and does not attach the certificate within 24 hours of the reservation, the cancellation is NO longer possible! In this case, the applicant is obliged to pay the full value of the reservation, regardless of whether they will actually use the sailing! Cancellations related to "first-minute sailing reservations," reservations made several months or up to one month before the actual rental date, must be made within 48 hours of booking; otherwise, the reservation becomes final and legally binding for the applicant. Cancellation of the reservation after 48 hours of booking, as defined in this paragraph, is NO longer possible! In this case, the applicant is obliged to pay the full value of sailing, regardless of whether they will actually use it! The date The company receives written notice of the cancellation of the first-minute reservation, reservations made several months or up to one month before the actual sailing, is the basis for calculating cancellation costs as follows: for cancellation up to two months before the start of sailing, the company charges 30% of the total value of sailing. The remaining amount (if the payment exceeds the contractual obligation) is refunded to the applicant at their expense; for cancellation up to one month before the start of sailing, the company charges 50% of the total value of sailing or retains the entire paid amount; for cancellation in the last month (or within the last month) before the start of sailing, the company retains 100% of the amount received for sailing. The applicant is not entitled to a refund of already paid amounts. If the applicant paid only 50% up to one month before the actual sailing date, the company has the right to demand payment of the remaining half of the sailing amount as well as payment of any additional costs. The company will refund the money to the applicant, in the event of a valid refund, as soon as it determines the exact amount to be refunded. The refund will be made at the applicant's expense. The company also reserves the right, in the event of the applicant's reservation cancellation, to charge administrative costs amounting to 10% of the amount already paid.
