Booking rules

• Pets allowed with a double end cleaning fee
• Safety Net: 120 € not installed / Safety Net installed 180 €
SUP (Stand Up Paddle) : 80 € / week
Canoe:€60 per week

Cancellation policy

• If a booking is cancelled 60 days before departure, 5% of the total charter fee is forfeited.
• If you cancel your reservation between 59 and 31 days before your departure date, you will be charged 30% of the total charter fee.
• If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before departure, the total charter fee is forfeited.
• If there are travel restrictions or disruptions due to COVID - 19 at the time of the sailing holiday, a re-booking voucher will be issued for sailing at a later date.</p>

Damage Waiver:

The client is required to provide upon embarkation, the amount of 500 Euro which is non – refundable plus the amount of €500 which is refundable upon disembarkation. This can be provided either in cash or via a valid credit card (accepts VISA and Mastercard). Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by us the amount of the refundable deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). In this instance, the client pays the non-refundable waiver so that the amount of the liability in case of damage lowers to only €500. </p>

Crew Change

during the charter (the skipper does not charge) 150 €, price includes: Port Authorities formalities, linen/towels and marina fees, plus End cleaning as per our Price List

Crew (require their own cabin)

Skipper: 190 € / day, plus food provisions
Cook/Hostess: 180 € / day , plus food provisions
Crew gratuities are not included in the rate.

Included

• Bed linen, towels, and quilts, one set per cabin per week
• Please keep in mind that no extra linen is provided for charters lasting more than one week.
• Our boats are outfitted with an autopilot, GPS and/or an external chart plotter, shore power 220v, a bimini top, a sprayhood, an electric winch, an outboard engine dinghy, and cockpit cushions.
• Air conditioning, a generator, an inverter, a watermaker, solar panels, electric toilets, an echo sounder, a speedmeter, a wind indicator, and warm water are all available. 

Deposit for Security

• Amount of 3500 Euro to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or Master card only) at the base upon embarkation.
• The deposit is returned to the client upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by AELIA Yachting (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The deposit amount specifies the amount for which the client is liable for damages to the yacht. 

Not included

• Fuel, O/B gasoline, water, provisioning, and transfers are all available.
• Transfer service is available upon request.
• Cleaning at the end: 250 To be added to the above rates is a cleaning fee that must be paid in cash at the marina. 

Payments

A 30% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon reservation to confirm booking
Balance payment due 70% is required 30 days before embarkation.
Charter Prices include local taxes and VAT (these are subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after booking, that result in change of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer)
