CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Full refund for cancellations up to 7 days before the cruise.
• No refund for no-shows or late arrivals.
• We may cancel within 7 days, offering an alternative date or full refund.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
• Notify us of any impairments, medical, allergy, or dietary conditions during booking.
• A pre-departure briefing covers safety and operational aspects.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Respect the sanctity of the islands we visit.
• Ensure your belongings are free of items that may introduce risks to the ecosystem.
• We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage.
• Images and videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes.
• We are licensed to serve alcohol.
• Captain may refuse boarding or request passengers to stop drinking if safety is compromised.
• Children remain the responsibility of parents or guardians.
• Maximum 2 children (under 15) per adult; under 15 must be accompanied by a 20-year-old.
• Respond promptly to Captain's requests.
• Sailing is an active activity; inform the Captain if uncomfortable.
• Follow toilet usage instructions.
• Wear flat-soled non-marking sports shoes.
• Bring sunscreen; avoid sun spray as it stains the yacht.
• Be punctual for island excursions; late returns will incur charges.
• Swimmers and kayakers must meet competency criteria; children must be supervised.
• Follow crew instructions during water activities.
• Captain will sail to ensure comfort.
• Follow crew instructions; New Zealand law requires compliance.
• No refund for late arrivals; be on time for departure.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
