PAYMENT TERMS:

• To secure your charter, pay 50% when signing the contract. The remaining 50% is due 45 days before the charter starts. If your charter begins within the next 45 days, full payment is required at signing.

• Before boarding, provide a refundable deposit, payable in cash or Visa/Mastercard. This deposit covers potential damages or losses. If no issues arise, you receive the full deposit back. If there are costs for damage or loss, they are deducted from the deposit, and you receive the balance.

BOOKING:

• If you wish to book a charter with us, you must formally request an option for the specific boat, ports, and dates you're interested in. This option is available for a limited time.

• To secure your charter, complete the following steps:

• Sign and return the charter-party you received via email and Provide proof of payment for the initial 50% advance payment.

• Your charter will be officially confirmed when you pay the remaining 50% of the total cost at least 45 days before your charter's start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancel 91+ Days Before Embarkation: If you cancel your booked yacht charter 91 days or more before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee is withheld. Any excess advance payment over 30% is credited toward your next charter. If the yacht is rebooked under the same conditions, only a 300€ administrative fee is held.

• Cancel 46 - 90 Days Before Embarkation: If you cancel your charter between 46 and 90 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee is withheld.

• Cancel 45 - 1 Days Before Embarkation: If you cancel your charter between 45 and 1 day before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee is withheld.

GENERAL TERMS:

• Charters start at 17:00 on the beginning date and end at 09:00 on the ending date, strictly at designated ports. The chartered yacht must return to its final port by 18:00 on the day before the end date.

• Yacht availability is only guaranteed on the day the offer is made.

• For bareboat yacht charters, a minimum of two passengers must be certified to navigate sailing yachts in open seas as per Greek Port Authority requirements.

• If only one passenger holds the required certification, the Port Authority will accept a written statement from a second passenger confirming their open-sea experience. No additional proof is needed in this case.
