WHALE WATCHING CONDITIONS:
The southern waters of the island of Tenerife are where cetaceans and dolphins are free to live in their natural habitat. While their observation is quite likely during our excursions, charters, and events held there, it is never guaranteed. We always aim to sail in a way that doesn't disturb the marine wildlife. Participants must pay close attention to the boat's captains so they can always follow their instructions.
PORT OF DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL:
The port of departure and ar rival of the boats is Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje (Tenerife), ports 6 and 8, barring cases of force majeure beyond our control.
TIMES & PUNCTUALITY:
Maximum promptness is required. The wait for the boat is not guaranteed if any person comes beyond the stated departure time, and there will be no financial reimbursement.
The length of the excursions varies based on the condition of the sea and any potential unforeseen circumstances that might occur. If the duration is not exactly as stated, we are not responsible and will not be held liable. The same holds true for chartered vessels. Each event will have a contract that is tailored to their particular circumstances.
RATES:
The cost of the expedition covers the skipper, sailors (on the eco- and chill-out-catamarans), catering, port fees, and taxes. Additionally, it includes the business's general liability insurance. It will contain everything that was agreed upon for both private charter services and events.
RESERVATION:
You are required to complete the reservation form and pay the whole amount via the payment channel set up for this reason. The individual filling out the reservation module page does so on behalf of each participant in the group, thereby confirming that they have all read and agree to the terms of the reservation.
This individual conduct to communicate any information we provide about modifications, cancellations, or service terms to the other members. After you make a reservation, we will send you an email confirming it and a voucher-invoice with a numerical code that must be provided to us when you check out (on a printed copy or on a mobile device). There won't be a contract with the consumer until the money has been verified.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Sending us an email with the cancellation request at least 72 hours prior to the excursion's departure is sufficient for cancellations. In this scenario, 90% of the reservation's entire cost will be reimbursed, and the remaining 10% will go toward management and administrative costs. No money will be reimbursed if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the service date.
In the event that a trip is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances or because the required minimum number of participants was not met (in the case of excursions), we will provide the client with an alternative and, if no agreement can be reached, we will reimburse the whole cost to the client.
In the case of private charter contracts or events, the conditions will be as follows:
– 100% refund of the amount paid if the cause of cancellation is due to force majeure (sea state, accident or death).
– 90% refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before departure date.
– 50% refund if the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days prior to the departure date.
– There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the departure date.
CHANGE OF CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions whenever we choose, without warning. The general terms in effect at the time of use will apply to use of this website. For situations that are out of the company's control, we retain the right to alter the service hours.
