BOOKING RULES
A minimum group size of 3 people and maximum of 8. If this minimum requirement is not met on the scheduled day, the trip will be cancelled with a full refund.
INCLUDED:
Drinks and snacks are included as well as other activities during the excursion such as Paddle Surf or Snorkelling. Petrol is also included should we need to use the engine due to a lack of wind.
We will do everything possible to make your sailing trip on the Costa del Sol an unforgettable experience.
SEASICKNESS:
There are people susceptible to seasickness when they go out on a boat or yacht, especially on days of heavy swell or waves. If you know or suspect that you may suffer from seasickness, you must let us know before starting the excursion. We always have seasickness tablets on board for those who wish, but they take about 30 minutes to have an effect. For this reason it is recommended to take them a short while before setting sail.
DOGS ONBOARD
Small or medium sized dogs are allowed up to a weight of 10kg approximately as long as it is on a leash and if the excursion is exclusively for your group or family (assuming that everyone agrees).
WHAT TO BRING:
Flat shoes with rubber bottoms are required (heels are not appropriate with sailing boat decks). A hat or cap, UV protection, and sunglasses are also recommended. You must bring your own towels if you wish to swim in the Mediterranean Sea.
A warm jersey or sweater may come in handy if you arrange a night adventure. Of course, thick gear is required throughout the cooler months of the year, and waterproof apparel is recommended for days with high winds and big seas.
PAYMENT TERMS:
When making a reservation, a percentage of the entire fee is required as a deposit to secure your booking, except for shared excursions, which are paid for per person and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. All payments on the website are made using a credit or debit card. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or by credit card before embarking on the adventure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel the reservation due to “force majeure” or more than 30 days in advance, we will refund the amount paid less a 10% administration fee. However if you cancel the reservation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled excursion, we reserve the right not to refund the initial 20% deposit.
