To ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests, it is important to understand and follow certain rules and guidelines.
A. Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit of the total charter price is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the embarkation date. Alternatively, on-the-spot cash payment can be arranged with a formal agreement.
B. Identification: All guests must present valid identification on the day of the charter.
C. Skipper’s Authority: The skipper is responsible for the safety and well-being of everyone on board and has the final authority on all matters related to navigation and safety. Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by the skipper.
D. Prohibited Items: Illegal substances and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
E. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and courteously at all times. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.
F. Minimum Age: The minimum age for unaccompanied guests is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
G. Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on board. Service animals are welcome.
H. Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather, the skipper may reschedule or cancel the charter. If canceled, a full refund or a voucher for a future charter will be provided.
