PAYMENT:
50% is due upon reserving the yacht, with the remaining balance due one month before to the charter (or in cash, if instructed in advance).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation. After agreeing to this contract, the client is required to pay the whole charter charge if he is unable to begin the voyage. A change may be made if the original Client finds a suitable replacement (similar vessel, same period of time). 50% of the total charter fee must be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the company's offices before a reservation is considered confirmed. The charter's remaining balance must be paid in full, either in cash or via bank transfer, thirty days prior to the start of the charter period. The contract will be terminated if the payments are not made, and the Company will retain the reservation fees as payment.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at the Base in La Lonja, Mallorca. Please print the base map from the charter company. Saturday at 17:00, or sooner if the yacht is ready. Please pay close attention: During the Palma Boat Show (end of April - beginning of May), boarding will take place in a different port near to Palma de Mallorca, and it will be free just on the day of check in and out. Check-out: Friday till 5 p.m. at the base with a fully charged diesel tank. Overnight stay on board until Saturday 08:30.
HANDOVER THE VESSEL
On the boarding day, the Company and the Client agree to conduct a simultaneous inspection and study of all the functions of the boat, as well as a verification of all the equipment. All of these matters will be approved by the Client, who will sign a paper (inventory list). On boarding day, the check-in deadline is around 7 p.m. If the client arrives later than this time, the yacht will be explained and the caution will be handed up early the next morning.
RETURN THE VESSEL
The Client must plan the cruise with the possibility of delays due to unforeseen events (such as bad weather) in order to ensure timely delivery of the yacht. If the yacht's return is delayed owing to unforeseen weather conditions, the Client shall notify the Company immediately.
