The deck of the catamaran is divided into two levels; the upper deck has a comfortable area ideal for sunbathing, with elegant and comfortable cushions to enjoy the trip. Our bar, as well as a living and dining area, are located on the lower floor, which is shaded. We have an appetizing menu with various BBQ options, as well as freshly prepared meat and fish.
Other activities can be arranged to enhance your enjoyment on board. With our experience in sailboat rentals, we have established quality and service standards, ensuring that the client has a closed budget with everything included and some amenities based on their needs.
Our Catamaran is not the largest of our catamarans, but it is without a doubt one of the best Catamarans we have to offer. This boat is available for bareboat and crewed rental in Greece. This boat's stunning, elegant lines, created as a reminder of the boat's legacy, also make it a great sailing boat in all conditions, stable and easy to handle. The 42 is the latest in a long line of Lagoon Catamarans, and it is a sort of "remake" of its older predecessor of the same name.
The intelligent positioning of the mast, cockpit, and other sailing components makes the 42 easy to handle and a great sailing experience, especially if you're sailing in a beautiful place like Croatia. A large cockpit area, as well as the entire stern area, make for an ideal place to spend your vacation time. There is enough space on this catamaran for everyone to sunbathe and relax in any way they want.
The twin staircase on the stern provides easy sea access, which is especially useful during the hot Croatian summer. There is an almost signature, spacious saloon, as in every lagoon catamaran, equipped with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Large windows surround the cockpit, letting in plenty of natural light.
It has enough interior space for eight people in four large, comfortable cabins. Each cabin is outfitted with high-end components, antibacterial bedding, and everything you need for a perfect stay on your perfect Croatian vacation.

Booking rules

Cancellation policy
• If a booking is cancelled 60 days before departure, 5% of the total charter fee is forfeited.
• If you cancel your reservation between 59 and 31 days before your departure date, you will be charged 30% of the total charter fee.
• If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before departure, the total charter fee is forfeited.
• If there are travel restrictions or disruptions due to COVID - 19 at the time of the sailing holiday, a re-booking voucher will be issued for sailing at a later date.</p>
Damage Waiver:
The client is required to provide upon embarkation, the amount of 500 Euro which is non – refundable plus the amount of €500 which is refundable upon disembarkation. This can be provided either in cash or via a valid credit card (accepts VISA and Mastercard). Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by us the amount of the refundable deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). In this instance, the client pays the non-refundable waiver so that the amount of the liability in case of damage lowers to only €500. </p>

• Bed linen, towels, and quilts, one set per cabin per week
• Please keep in mind that no extra linen is provided for charters lasting more than one week.
• Our boats are outfitted with an autopilot, GPS and/or an external chart plotter, shore power 220v, a bimini top, a sprayhood, an electric winch, an outboard engine dinghy, and cockpit cushions.
• Air conditioning, a generator, an inverter, a watermaker, solar panels, electric toilets, an echo sounder, a speedmeter, a wind indicator, and warm water are all available.
Deposit for Security
• Amount of 3500 Euro to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or Master card only) at the base upon embarkation.
• The deposit is returned to the client upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by AELIA Yachting (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The deposit amount specifies the amount for which the client is liable for damages to the yacht.

• Fuel, O/B gasoline, water, provisioning, and transfers are all available.
• Transfer service is available upon request.
• Cleaning at the end: 250 To be added to the above rates is a cleaning fee that must be paid in cash at the marina.
Payments
A 30% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon reservation to confirm booking
Balance payment due 70% is required 30 days before embarkation.
Charter Prices include local taxes and VAT (these are subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after booking, that result in change of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer)
