CANCELLATION POLICY:• Our general cancellation and no-show policy is available on our Platform during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).
• Specific rates or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. In the event of a no-show or a charged cancellation, the Supplier may still apply city or tourist taxes.
• Prior to booking, carefully review the reservation details for your chosen product or service to understand any such conditions.
• In cases of bad weather conditions, insufficient attendance, or force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
• While we make every effort to notify you promptly, please understand that last-minute changes may occur due to the unpredictable nature of such cancellations. Your understanding in such situations is greatly appreciated. RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
Reservations requiring a down payment or prepayment may be cancelled (without prior notice) if the balance is not collected in line with the Supplier's payment policy and reservation terms. Refer to the confirmation email and follow the instructions if you need to review your reservation. Please keep in mind that cancellations may result in charges based on our policies, and you may not receive a return for any prepayment.
PAYMENT METHOD:• We offer the option for reservations to be paid upon arrival. Your credit card details are securely stored as a guarantee, but no charges are made at the time of booking.
• Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to show up for the service/activity/tour you booked or if you cancel after the allowed cancellation deadline for that specific service/activity/tour.
• For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, the Agency may require upfront payment. This payment can be made through wire transfer (if available) or by credit card. As a result, your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged at the time of making the reservation. Please note that for such bookings, there may be no option for a refund.
• Before confirming your reservation, carefully review the reservation details of your chosen product or service. This will help you understand any specific payment conditions associated with your booking.
