You embark on your adventure aboard the Sunseeker 75, a sleek and elegant vessel. Maximum comfort and solitude are provided by this yacht's four luxurious staterooms, which include two master suites and two twin rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Its state-of-the-art stabilizing technology guarantees a comfortable ride, and its three roomy decks are designed to satisfy every need. The main deck is flooded with natural light, emphasizing the expansive dining room and lounge area with expansive views of the ocean. Complete with a wet bar, sunbathing cushions and a dining area, the large decks outside are ideal for lounging and chatting. This special charter, which can accommodate up to eight people, comes with a delectable lunch, light appetizers and a variety of drinks. At an additional cost, more passengers can join larger groups, up to a maximum of 25 people. Please be aware that gratuity and VAT are not covered. Fuel is included in the charter for leisurely traveling around nearby locations; faster speeds incur an extra fuel fee. The Sunseeker 75 is well equipped with safety equipment, including as first aid kits and life jackets. It is requested that visitors carry any necessary personal medical supplies. Embarkation starts at 10:00 a.m. and returns at 4:00 p.m. from J Dock at Cabo San Lucas Marina.

BOOKING POLICY:● Single-Day Reservation with 30+ Days Notice: If you book a single-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days before embarkation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure the yacht. The remaining balance will be processed 14 days before the embarkation date.
● Single-Day Reservation with 14 Days or Less Notice: For reservations made 14 days or less in advance, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:If you cancel this Agreement before the charter start date or fail to pay any required amount after receiving written notice, the Agreement may be treated as terminated, with all payments made to date retained.
● Cancellations Within 7 Days: A fee of 50% of the total charter cost will apply for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.
● Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This also applies in cases of no-shows.
● Hurricane Season (September-October): During hurricane season, if weather conditions like hurricanes, high winds, or port closures force a cancellation, we will reschedule your charter at no additional cost for the next available date.
The yacht owner will make reasonable efforts to re-charter the yacht for the canceled period. If successful, any net revenue from the re-charter (after deducting commissions and expenses) will be credited toward the initial charter, aiming to recover the same proceeds as originally agreed. However, the owner may refuse re-charters that could be detrimental to the yacht’s reputation or schedule.
INSURANCE:The owner of the yacht is solely responsible for keeping liability insurance, including appropriate charter insurance. Any claims occurring in relation to or in connection with the yachts are not the responsibility of the yacht operator.
