Clients are accountable for fuel expenses. The boats will be provided with a full tank and are expected to be returned likewise. The cost of renting includes the necessary insurance. Weather that is unfavorable on the days that you are renting from the company is not their responsibility. You only need to phone our technical support in the event of a breakdown or mechanical issue, and our mechanics will help you as soon as they can. If the issue cannot be resolved in a fair amount of time, they would be given a boat with similar features.

• Engaging in the transportation of weapons or drugs aboard the vessel.

• Subcontracting the boat for use.

• Using the boat for transporting goods, fare-paying passengers, commercial fishing, or participating in regattas.

• Undertaking any activity prohibited by legal regulations or environmental guidelines.

• Mooring at a buoy without proper authorization from the General Directorate of the Navy.

• Anchoring the boat on an unauthorized beach or access point, except through designated channels.

• Operating the boat without the requisite navigation credentials.

• Operating the boat while under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.

Should any breach of the regulations set forth by Customs and the Navy occur, the sole individual legally accountable will be the contracting party.
