These policies apply only to bookings made through this site / our email / our phone, for bookings through agencies see the policies relating to the operator. Up to 90 days before boarding, it is possible to cancel the reservation with a fee equal to 30% of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Up to 60 days before boarding, it is possible to cancel the reservation with a fee equal to 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Up to 30 days before boarding, it is possible to cancel the reservation with a fee equal to 70% of the deposit paid at the time of booking. For withdrawal communicated in the period between the boarding date and 30 days prior to it, the landlord will retain 100% of the deposit paid at the time of booking as a penalty For each cancellation, a 10% discount voucher will be recognized for a subsequent booking.
