PRICING:
• Base price: $1380 for 2 persons.
• Additional guests: $230 USD per extra person.
BOOKING POLICY:
To secure your preferred charter dates, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total charter value is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit can be paid via Bank Transfer or Deposit to Banesco (within Panama), or Wire transfer to bank accounts in the USA, Europe, or England (Wise). The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than one week prior to the charter date. Alternatively, the remaining balance can be settled in US dollars cash upon boarding the vessel with the Captain.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment for charter reservations can be made via Bank Transfer or Deposit to Banesco (within Panama), or Wire transfer to bank accounts in the USA, Europe, or England (Wise). A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total charter value is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than one week prior to the charter date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Up to 3 months prior to charter commencement:
Guests may request up to two date changes to alternative available dates within 1 year from the original charter date, without incurring any penalty. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be provided, minus 10% of the total charter value to cover transaction costs and potential lost opportunities.
• Up to one month prior to charter commencement:
Guests may request a one-time date change to an alternative available date within one year, subject to a 10% rescheduling fee. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be provided, minus 30% of the total charter value to cover transaction costs and potential lost opportunities.
• Within one month of charter commencement until one week prior:
Guests may request a one-time date change to an alternative available date within six months, subject to a 20% rescheduling fee. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be provided, minus 30% of the total charter value to cover transaction costs and potential lost opportunities.
• Within 1 week of scheduled charter date:
Cancellation for any reason within one week of the charter date will result in the forfeiture of 30% of the total charter value. If the full charter value has already been paid, the remaining 70% will be refunded.
