Description

The 550 Special is the newest member of the classic Karib family. With a maximum beam of 1.60 meters, this entirely rebuilt vessel offers additional internal room and increased stability. The new Karib 550 Specia l can carry up to 770 kg of freight. It also offers improved performance, since it can accept engines with up to 60 horsepower. This vessel, which has a more prominent forecastle, may be utilized safely in areas where "ripples" are common, such as protected coastlines, manmade lakes, or huge rivers. All of this is accomplished without sacrificing adaptability, both in terms of towing and loading and unloading operations.
