PAYMENT TERMS:
• Prices: All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Payment at Embarkation: The remaining balance must be paid at the time of embarkation, before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Notice: To receive a refund or to reschedule your charter, you must cancel no later than 48 hours before the scheduled boarding time.
Unnavigable Seas: In the event of unnavigable seas, you may choose to either receive a full refund or reschedule your charter for a later date.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Food and cocktails are not included in the charter price but can be provided at an additional cost upon request. You have the option to enjoy a variety of freshly prepared meals and beverages tailored to your preferences. Whether you're interested in savoring gourmet dishes or indulging in cocktails, simply let us know, and we'll arrange these services to enhance your sailing experience. This way, you can customize your dining and drinking options to perfectly suit your needs during the charter.
Damage deposit : £0
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- The charter option is With Captain, hence no deposit shall be required.
