This four-cabin sailing yacht, was constructed in 2012 and is now stationed in Cleopatra Marina in Greece. It can sleep up to ten guests in four double cabins and a saloon with two additional beds. The price includes pillows and blankets. The sailing vessel has three restrooms, each with a shower. Rolling mainsail, solar panels, bimini, and bow thruster are among the boat's amenities. It also has a flat-screen television, heating, air conditioning, an audio system, and a DVD player. The galley is fully equipped with a microwave, freezer, oven, cooktop, and sink.
A comfortable boat for a larger number of people who need more space to unwind. Excellent for family or friend vacations. Ample space below deck in the cabins, restrooms, kitchen, and living area, as well as the opportunity to separate from the rest of the crew. You can truly unwind. The yacht's rich equipment and lots of room for resting, sun deck, and children's play area make it an excellent choice for your vacation.
The hull of the yacht is manually laid and constructed of a combination of chopped strand mat and stitched biaxial mat set in isophthalic polyester resin and strengthened with an inner grid frame. It features a nearly plumb bow and a beam that extends well aft, with dual helms and twin rudders. The fractional Selden rig with twin aft-swept spreaders carries a 110 percent jib and a full-batten mainsail, with control lines flowing aft for plenty of maneuverability. The dual helm stations are situated slightly to the right aft, providing comfortable steering positions at all heeling angles and superb sight from the helm. The cockpit is extremely well-designed and spacious, with enough of room for passengers to lounge around the huge fixed cockpit table.
The cockpit storage solution is outstanding, with two enormous lockers and a giant lazarette hiding all of the required emergency supplies for a boat of this size. At an apparent wind angle of 40 degrees, the yacht will be able to achieve 7 to 8 knots of speed in 18 knots of real wind speed. It can go at 7 knots at 2200 RPM with the basic 55 horsepower Volvo engine. Because of the slightly bigger weight displacement, it is feasible (and advised) to upgrade to the 75hp engine, allowing the Bavaria 45 to reach speeds of up to 9 knots at 2800 RPM.
Below deck, the sailing yacht conceals several clever ideas and well-thought-out designs. The numerous deck hatches give adequate natural illumination in the saloon or cabins, while also compensating for the 45's slightly worse ventilation capacities. The two aft rooms include large beds and an ensuite toilet. The galley has plenty of counter space, a two-burner stove with an integrated oven, a microwave, and a compact refrigerator. The handrail that spans the whole length of the galley provides an excellent handhold while also preventing items on the work table from flying around.
The saloon is large and pleasant, with the inline galley on the port side and plenty of storage and counter space, as well as a small double sink. The settees surrounding the dinette table can easily seat up to 6 people, with the width of the settees being an issue if someone wanted to sleep in the saloon, but with lots of storage room beneath them. An intriguing element is the seatback layout, which enables the backrest to be configured simply by shifting a cushion. The NAV desk's arrangement and proportions inside the saloon are appropriate, with some room left for additional equipment. The master cabin is huge, with a double bunk and a plethora of storage areas and surfaces.
The toilette is divided into two sections, one housing the toilet and the other the shower compartment. In various yacht configurations, the front cabin may be divided into two distinct sleeping chambers.
