SimpleSail ships may go through the waterways of Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, and Greece.

The charterer shall not accept more passengers staying or sailing on board than the number specified in the Charter Agreement. If children are brought on board, the Charterer is completely responsible for their behavior, and no member of the crew, including the Captain, is liable for their behavior.
