Exclusive Crewed 7-Day Yacht Adventure Ibiza, Spain

The guest is required to make the following payments to the company:

a) The contribution as per the modalities and deadlines indicated in the booking confirmation;

b) Due operating costs;

c) The Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.) under the conditions specified in the booking confirmation;

d) Any positioning fees as outlined later in these terms;

e) The security deposit, if applicable, as specified in the booking details.

The security deposit will be refunded to the guest within 7-14 days after the return of the vessel, minus any outstanding amounts. If damages are identified, the refund may be delayed until the repair costs are determined.

In the event of late payment by the guest, the company may impose the following penalties:

a) If the deposit is not paid within the specified deadlines, the company reserves the right to automatically terminate this contract and retain or demand any already paid deposit and/or contribution if not yet made by the guest;

b) If the remaining balance or any other due amount is not paid within the agreed deadlines, this contract is considered terminated, and the company may retain all payments and/or contributions made, as well as continue to claim damages.

May - September Mid Season: € 43930 p/week

July - August High Season: € 50370 p/week

October - April Low season : € 38640 p/week

In case of cancellation by the guest, the following penalties will be applied:

a) If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the start of the charter, a penalty of 30% of the total charter fee will be charged;

b) If the cancellation is made between 89 and 60 days before the start of the charter, a penalty of 50% of the total charter fee will be charged;

c) If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days before the start of the charter, a penalty of 75% of the total charter fee will be charged;

d) If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the charter, a penalty of 100% of the total charter fee will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full charter fee.

If the company is able to rebook the canceled period under the same conditions, the amount received from the new booking will be refunded to the guest, minus a 10% administrative fee. If the rebooking is made at a lower rate, the difference will be deducted from the refund.

The company reserves the right to cancel the charter if the guest fails to make the required payments within the specified deadlines. In such cases, the guest will be liable for the applicable penalties as outlined above.

In the event of cancellation by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made. The company will not be liable for any additional compensation.

- Bed linen and towels

- Final cleaning

- Gas for cooking

- Use of onboard equipment (e.g., snorkeling gear, paddleboards)

- Dinghy with outboard engine

- Basic consumables (e.g., toilet paper, cleaning products)

- Wi-Fi (if available)

- Fuel consumption

- Mooring fees and marina charges

- Port fees

- Water and electricity taken from shore

- Provisions (food and beverages)

- Personal travel and cancellation insurance

- Any additional services not specified in the “Price Includes” section

- Crew gratuities (if applicable)

- Transport to and from the base

- Local taxes and tourist taxes
