Spend the morning and evening exploring the mangroves, river banks, and lily-clad islands for prehistoric species like monitor lizards, crocodiles, and the majestic birds of prey that patrol the region. You may also witness sand digger boats and a hand-pulled ferry on the river. Rowing over mangroves along the Bentota river allows you to see a variety of birds, crocodiles, and reptiles.
On a boat safari, explore the undiscovered mangrove woods situated along the banks of the Bentota River. Your river experience begins towards the end of the broad Bentota River, near the Bentota Bridge, and the Boatman will take you on a leisurely exploration of the mangroves, creepers, and a plethora of waterside trees and plants crowding the river's bank.
