Our comfortable yacht has the ability to house a maximum of 8 individuals, providing them with 3 cozy cabins, each equipped with 2 bathrooms and air conditioning. The salon boasts stylish furnishings, roomy seating arrangements, and a thoroughly outfitted kitchen. The yacht comes equipped with a roomy cockpit that boasts a table, ideal for savoring a delicious meal or a refreshing drink while admiring the breathtaking vistas of the Spanish shoreline.
This charter is offered for a one-week period of six days and six nights. Saturday is always changeover day. Our boat is docked at the Base in La Lonja, Mallorca, and visitors may arrive and settle down after 16:00 on Saturday. After 17:00, a preliminary briefing and boat orientation will take place onboard. Charters will conclude at 17:00 on Friday, and passengers are welcome to stay aboard the boat overnight if they leave by 08:30 on Saturday.
Palma de Mallorca is a destination for all major European airlines as well as all ferry carriers from mainland Spain's Barcelona, Denia, or Valencia. Palma Airport is about 10 minutes (9 kilometers) away from our Marina. Our headquarters is located in the heart of the city, close to several restaurants, pubs, banks, and stores. Embankment and check-in take place at our Base. You may also make your deposit option there.
If you wish to visit Cabrera National Park Island (5 hours / 30 nm from Palma), remember to request for a special permission 20 days to 24 hours before your visit via the marine reserve website.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the spot the client can choose between: 1. 2700 € by Visa or MasterCard 2. Or we recommend the Reduced Security deposit for 180 € per week (non refundable and to be paid in cash), which reduces the security deposit to 590 €. Depending on the availability. It´s not possible for one-way trips from/to Canary Islands or for the bookings at the end of the year.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
dinghy, autopilot, GPS-plotter with charts, bimini top, sprayhood, filled diesel (please return it full), full water deposits, furling genoa, anchor windlass, complete electronics, VHF, Wi –Fi at the base, cockpit cushions , Mooring fees at the base (except during the Palma Boat show at the end of April)
FINAL CLEANING :
The price includes the obligatory final cleaning to be paid at the charter base during the check-in All the discounts are calculated on base of the charter price LESS the final cleaning. The intermediaries commission is calculated based on the charter price LESS the final cleaning.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (to be paid on the spot in cash):
Outboard engine: 110 € / per week, Charge of gas bottle: 10 € / per bottle Cabrera permit: please ask us the procedure guide to order it directly. Bed linen: 15 €/ kit (mandatory, if the crew does not provide their own bed sheets or own sleeping bag. Then 1 bed sheet is mandatory: 10 €), Medium towel: 5 €. DISCOUNTS:
Early booking: -10% discount for any charter down paid 6 months prior the departure date or before 31 January 2023 Boat show discount:-5 %, 2 or more booked yachts: -5% Viva Charter repeat clients: -5% second charter week : - 5 %, 3 or more charter weeks -10% (Please note, that we let a maximum discount of -10%-5%)
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
50% when booking the yacht and the rest one month before the charter (or in cash on the spot, if advised in advance).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If, after signing this contract, the Client is unable to start the cruise, he is obliged to pay the whole charter fee. If the initial Client finds a substitute (same yacht, same period of time), a switch may be made.
Reservations take effect on receipt of 50% of the total charter fee in the company’s offices, paid by, bank transfer or in cash. The balance of payment for the charter must be paid in the thirty days before the beginning of the charter period by bank transfer or in cash. Failure to make the payments will bring about cancellation of the contract, and the amounts received for reservation will be kept by the Company as compensation.
